Our story
Nestled in the heart of Old Hilliard, Dragonfly Bookshop is a cozy, whimsical, mother-daughter owned destination! We have a strong passion for books, inclusivity, and individuality.
Opening a bookshop in our hometown was a dream years in the making. We wanted to create a space that felt warm, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of place where you come in for a book and leave an hour later, having chatted with other book worms about something you love!
We named the shop after the dragonfly — a symbol of new chapters, adaptability, and the beauty of looking at the world from a new angle. Just like a good book!
